Quotes provided through this site are estimates. Final pricing is set in a written contract following the design consultation and site visit.

Warranty

Advanced Pools & Spas LLC provides a lifetime structural warranty on gunite shells and a three year warranty on equipment and finishes for builds we deliver. Specific warranty terms are stated in writing in your contract.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. Advanced Pools & Spas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
